Anyway…

The other day I was seated in a Shisha bar/restaurant in the Dubai mall

Overlooking the fountains from the 4th floor

Surrounded with food like sushi, steak and hot girls

Having a conversation with a billionaire while trying to hear him over the loud Arabic music coming from the ceiling.

Now look…

As tempting as it was to whip out my phone and show him my YT channel…

Like you probably would too, I just sat there and basically listened to literally anything he had to fucking say

Anyway…

After enough sushi to fill a fucking aquarium

He leans over too me

Hand in front of his mouth

Other hand on my shoulder

And quite randomly says:

“Brother… You are 25 failures away from any goal, people forget that”.

He leans back and I give him the shisha pipe…

And while he’s puffing like his life depends on it…

It hit me

“Shit, thats pretty fucking true.”

Anyway, the night ended with some good business propositions, a heavy phone number freshly in my contacts and a good lesson learned
