Its all cope, a false narrative pushed down your throat to distract you from whats actually important.

The temperature of your shower wont add dollars to your bank.

The 23 minutes of morning meditation wont add dollars to your bank

The morning run, lemon tea, dopamine detox and manifesting wont add dollars to your bank.
